Partypoker freebets on Superbowl can't get to work

Anyone have insight into how freebets work on partypoker, they sent out a promotion today saying get free bet when make superbowl bet, the freebets are showing as active after i placed the bet, but have been trying for 2.5 hrs, with also contacting the chat help to no avail. They stated to email screenshots and clear cookies, so I've sent the emails which say reply withhin 24 hrs (after freebets will be useless) .... Ive used freebets on pokerstars EASILY and never had this issue. Anyone help

I think maybe the issue is that they are "in play" free bets that can be used once game has started....not sure why chat help is so unhelpful

When you make the complaint by mail they give you the answer and they give you your money back, if not, you can send the complaint saying that because of that inconvenience you lost the possibility of betting and they credit it to you, unless that's how it's always been with me.

I had the exact same problem on pokerstars. I made my bet but then didn't get my promised 5 dollar spin and go ticket. I contacted live chat and after some insistence I got the ticket.

Before betting You first need to apply to the Challenge, for me works like a charm on PS.

How You can see, there is no "Apply Freebet" button
