Have you been watching any of the Paris Paralympics?

I heard that some countries are paying the Paralympic athletes the same as the Olympic athletes that win medals.

What Paralympic game do you like the most?

The sport Goalball impresses me!

I watched some sports at the Paralympic Games. The same as at the Olympics: athletics, running, swimming. Paralympians are more motivated athletes because their life path is extremely difficult.

Not sure I can agree that Paralympians are more motivated athletes than Olympians. Both can have the absolute height of desire to win! But maybe winning has different consequences for different people.

I found this game called "goalball" interesting.

All players are blindfolded - so none of them can see.

Like poker - goalball is a game of limited information.

I was interested in some of the players' moves.....I was wondering why that move?

And really they need to behave in a way that will result in winning the point statistically more often than not. So - there are profitable moves and non-profitable moves.

Anybody can play goalball. You just need a blindfold.

My interest was in track winding and archery.
Wheelchair rugby was also very interesting to watch.
