1st they where to be 100FT from the track.
2nd only one side of the track in that spot was to have peeps watching from.
3rd when you add 1st and the 2nd rules up it was bound to happen.
I would Ask, would you be that close to a race even tho the RULES said to stay 100ft away and that you can only be on the one side.
They went after the racer for him hitting them but is was their own fault...
I see them getting on the Darwin Award's page.
For thos who don't know, the Darwin Award gos to PEEPs who have done dumb things that have cost them their life's.
The Point if the peeps where following the rules the truck could of passed the other truck,,,,,, well you can piece together what was bound to happen.
Any sport event you go to read the ticket, you can't not sue if you get hurt or killed at any event.
