The NHL trade deadline is today at 3pm....March 5. The Bruins need a defenseman, and also some scoring IMO. Not alot out there for defense, but Christian Ehrhoff could move here. Thomas Vanek is also available.

The LOL of the draft has to be Roberto Luongo going from Vancouver to Florida, to be with his BFF...Tim Thomas!!

Thanks to the SMC here on CC...I am now a twitter fan...the NHL trade tweets are flying fast and furious.

I can only hope this isn't the big defenseman they wanted. Corey Potter was a Edmonton Oiler...who was waived.

I think this is Thomas's last NHL year. He may just retire, or maybe a good back-up somewhere. I liked him with the B's, but I think his best days are behind him. And , yeah, I just don't think they could co-exist...lol.

The Toronto Maple Leafs had no trades which is a surprise guess they don't want too mess around with the chemistry of the team and what got them too this point in the Eastern Conference standings currently sitting in 4th place didn't understand that Luongo trade since the Florida Panthers are not making the Playoffs go leafs go :D :p :bootyshak
