The last three years I have placed a 10 dollar bet with 200-1 odds, with picking the superbowl match up two out of the three years correctly. It's great for my wallet, but sucks becuase the Giants were not that team. I got the ravens niners correct... and I got the seattle denver correct.. I truly thought last year the cowboys were gonna do it but I had the patriots... This year I am going with the New York Giants vs. Indianapolis Colts.......

Wow that is extremely bold to pick the Giants as the team representing the NFC for the Super Bowl!! I can see the argument for the Indianapolis going for the AFC but the Giants? No. Too early right now but I got Green Bay or The Seahawks going for the NFC and AFC I can see Steelers going this year.

Yessss!! I occasionally do a small parlay here and there throughout the season, but I have been considering a season long super bowl bet this time.

Still plenty of research to do, though!

S3mper is right, though. My Steel City boys rarely win before the season starts usually. And Landry Jones looked like hot garbage.

So far I've got a few prop bets on the season:

Pats to WIN AFC East, 3 units @ avg price of $1.70
Roethliesberger most passing yards, 0.25 units @ $7.50

I thought that Pats price was a huge overreaction to the Brady suspension (which could still get reduced), and I couldn't for the life of me see why Roethliesberger was priced that high. He's obv not a lock to win it, but with Luck @ $3.75, Rodgers @ $5.50 and Manning @ $7.00 as the three players in front of him... I like his chances a lot more than Rodgers or Manning at any rate.

I'm having thoughts about LeSean McCoy for most rushing yards too, paying $11, anyone else think he's a chance? I expect they'll be a more run-heavy team this year with Rex Ryan coaching, he's pretty obviously the #1 running back on that squad... I'm a bit iffy on the help he'll be getting from Buffalo's O-line though.

Steelers should of won the first one and there offense will be better then ever before.

Just if there defense could step it up to half of what they use to be.
