Always looking for motivation to keep in shape and fight the middle age flab, so a few weeks back I started the 4 min plank challenge.
Starting at 2 mins adding 10 seconds a day with a rest day after 6 days see if you can hit 4 mins, I cheated and added 20 seconds last 3 days for maximum burn 🐒
Its not easy but feels like a good stretch at the same time
