He is definitely top 5. If he wins another Super Bowl, you can make a stronger case for best ever. The knock against him is : He should have won more championships. Other factors need to be considered in my opinion; coaching lack of talent etc. He comes to the line and calls his own plays.He is a throwback in a sophisticated time.I think he is the best but that is my opinion.
