Today's little info about my RAYS was ......"out of the 29 preseason games played
they have made 40 errors, maybe they can get it together during the season".
I was like "WHAT?" of all the facts in all the world....THIS is what we get...sigh!

Arizona finished with a major league-high 5.08 ERA last year.
I really don't see that Arizona's pitching will be much better than last season, which means that they should play in their fair share of high scoring games.

In three career starts versus the Pirates, the right-hander is 2-0 and has allowed just one earned run over 23 innings, good for a 0.39 ERA -- his lowest against any opponent.

San Diego had to use 4 relief pitchers to clean up the mess that Chacin left them with yesterday. 2 of those relievers gave up 5 earned runs in 2 1/3 innings pitched.

Clayton Richard pitched 20 innings this spring and went 1-2 with an ERA of 8.10, so if he doesn't get the over in by himself, I suspect that the Padres' bullpen can finish the job.
