Actually they do. It is the responsibility of the home team to monitor the music or other audience participation activities such that it doesn't demean or cause negative bias towards the umpires.

(I just saw this on the news - no I'm not a baseball freak that has the rules memorized...) I guess it's not the first time it's ever happened in a game.
