Mesut Ozil: overrated or underrated player?

I've always had great respect for this player.

I thought he could be among the 2-3 best midfielders in Europe some time. He is an enormous talent. But he didn't do well in Arsenal.

I think he doesn't fit with the english football, the english lifestyle, etc

Is he an underrated or overrated player?

There are a lot of talented brazilian players that didn't meet fans' expectation like Oscar, Ganso, Pato

A modern midfielder cannot be sleepy during the match like Ozil.

Ozil was one of the best midfielders when Kaka was in Real Madrid and he started in almost every games and Kaka was on bench.

Already in question to be overestimated or underestimated I think he is underestimated because he is a player who does not prove media is more discreet
