What is happening with some big teams that have already been eliminated from champions with one round to go before the group stage ends.

I'm sorry for the Barca fans, but I like it. I don't like the way the club is run at all. Now it's thick. Not packing the group was never considered. At least reaching the final was required and the lack of income will hit the club hard. Especially since the last few years have not met the demands either. A victory for football! A club needs more than money to play football successfully.

Barcelona lost the chance to reach the playoffs of the tournament. Barcelona, a five-time Champions League winner, failed to qualify for the spring part of the tournament for the second year in a row.“The recession in Spain is not only for clubs, but also for the national team. There are fewer football players in the championship, they began to pay less. The level has dropped. I connect the crisis of Barcelona with all this.

there are many competitive teams in this champions league that were not playing well in previous editions, just being filler so that the big clubs express themselves with goals and good play, but now those teams such as bruges (great team made up of many young people reminds of ajax that reached the semi-finals recently) port (a great team that its young and veteran players are playing well) benfica (an excellent team that has not fallen apart due to the departure of its figure nunez to liverpool) and finally napoli ( excellent team that is at its peak) makes the big teams get eliminated in the first round like juve, sevilla, barcelona and atletico madrid.

One of the reasons I like this sport where well-balanced games but these traditional teams are at a bad time

The biggest suprise for me is that FC Brugge get to the 1/8 final. It seems that they have good team this year.

Agree with you. No one believes that they expected the Belgians to qualify from a group that also includes Porto Leverkusen and Atletico Madrid

If this post is about Barcelona, I will say one thing that this team is definitely going through a crisis, and this crisis is clearly not related to the players, it is a management crisis. The level of football in Europe has increased significantly, it is obvious that it is impossible to identify a specific leader today, each team can win or even be eliminated.

This happens every year, some teams from eastern Europe shoot" and since places are limited there, some big teams have to crash out of the group

I agree that Brugge is the biggest surprise, perhaps the biggest disappointment is Barcelona due the winner historic, I also need to mention Napoli who are coming to fight hard this year. :ninja:

Still not that many eastern european teams this season. I believe there is only 1 while previous seasons have easily seen atleast 2-3+ of them ...

this year I agree that there are no Eastern European ones, although I have always been interested in following the teams that beat rich and famous clubs, and in general, it doesn't matter where the team comes from when the weak ones beat strong clubs
