Kettlebell sport with what weight it is better to start a beginner 16-24-32 kg?

I want to start with weights which weight to choose who is involved in weightlifting what weight did you start?

Start with 16 kg. If after a couple of exercises this weight seems to you too light - you can increase it. It is always better to start with less weight - this way you will avoid injuries and overload. Weight gain should be gradual, in order to accustom your muscles, joints and tendons to the load, and not tear them immediately with excess pounds.
