These 2 horses seem to be the ones to beat. Looking at the odds for the field. No other horses seem to jump out at me. You may see it differently.

Hey my friends! I did an initial screening and selected Rock Your World followed by Hot Rod Charlie.

The 100 Beyer figure earned in the grade 1 Santa Anita Derby by Rock Your World cannot be discounted. But there are others in the field who come very close to this speed figure that all they need is a bit of improvement and a good trip so if you cant get long odds with one of these it would be worth a shot.

I will be placing an exacta box of these two and triple part wheeling this exacta with a list of contenders for third which is currently quite large.

I feel confident about Rock Your World but a little less confident about Hot Rod Charlie.

I need to go over the form with a fine tooth comb and conduct my final research yet. If I come to any other conclusions I will post in this thread.

I think the chingon Baffert surprised us all, nobody gave Medina Spirit a place and he came with Johnny V fly if this horse was triple crowned, it is not crazy to think about it
