I don't know who is the more frustrating team in the mlb the Toronto blue jays or the Anaheim angels both stacked with talent and completely under achieving the jays get a small bit of a pass playing in the best division in baseball but their lack of effort is disgusting as for the angels whats there story ?

The last 2 series have been outright pathetic ,but tobe honest the second I heard John Gibbons as the manager I had a terrible feeling this was going tobe exactly what would take place, and the last 70 plus games is going to get worse,so many disappointments where to start.

Ill take the over cant see them giving up on him seeing as he brought in good talent but I sure can see gibbons gone ,I just hope that happens within the next few days so maybe they can salvage some face this season,he just isn't the right fit,i mean they have a speed lineup and he hardly uses it ,the lineup has remained the same far to often and the WORST by far is his management of the pitchers ,starters always left in to long and cost us so many games I lost count.

hes the guy leaving starters out there to long and not using his bullpen properly ,or switching the lineup around to make it effective ,besides the players who you cant trade all of them whos the next one that has tobe accountable its the manager, then gm after him.

I like Toronto this year because they are making me money haha. I tripled a bet on saturday when Houston beat them, and will hopefully profit in tonight's game :p

Oakland won't let me down!

watch a game buerhle or ra dickey pitch he leaves them out there when the game is close or jays winning and their getting hit around every inning and magically they fall behind in the 6th or 7th and never get close again ,the jays have a stellar bullpen when the jays were awesome in the 90s 6 most times was the max, then came ward, henke etc and the game was over. Then you see guys having a great night pitching and because their at 100 pitches he takes them out ,that strategy makes no sense for winning baseball pitchers can go 130 pitches easy and when on fire don't mess it up with too much thinking and changing the flow of the game by switching pitchers.

If it sounded that way it wasn't supposed to ,were both jays fans and want to see them win,the whole season has been a frustrating mess with a big win followed by 5 losses and up and down rollercoaster ride with one small stretch of hope that quickly faded.

I don't mean to derail this thread, but the Jays aren't the only ones. The Phillies as of late have been pretty trash on the field. I think they've lost 9 of their last 10 games too. Kind of annoying because they got to a little over a .5 Win:Lose and then just blew it :(

10-12 now lost. And the pirates went on a downswing again.
Many teams sucking this year.

jays

well if the jays ever want to go anywhere, their gonna have to get rid of bautista. The guy is a cancer to the team. You can get 2 or 3 good players for him anyways. Really R.A. Dickey? the guy has one good year his whole life and you bring him in. Personally I called that. Knew buherle would do this have an okay year But Johnson was a surprise, the guy is in the basement and it's gross.

Do you know what your talking about? Why would they trade their franchise player? And the jays needed starting pitching why not get the cy young? Yes last year was his very best year but hes doing uncharecferistcly bad this year.

well yeah I do know, you probably never played with a cancer on the team. I said they should trade him but will they? no obviously not. I grew up and played with and played against a player on the jays. On the national team in highschool and from what I know. The guy is HUGE cancer and not well liked. Playing with guys like that is a big deal and it tough. Selfish, did you not see him when Edwain hit his second dick of the inning? Awww poor bautista has a big frown and looks sad after Edwin drops his second dick. Jays will not get rid of him for obvious reasons. LOL and for R.A check his stats, the guy was never worth what they are paying him. One good year. Everyone thought he could duplicate it? especially in the AL east. doubt it! Pitching wins championships, But sure he won a CY young it looks great. That's why baseball is such a beautiful game though. You get guys like remond, rogers, shuv it for the most part. ...crazy game. oh ps. how do you start a post on here? think you could help?

For the Jays too make the playoffs they need too have a long winning streak like they did a month ago 11 in a row but its been the starting pitching that has let them down lately but I guess taking 3of4 from Houston and 2of3 from Oakland is a good start but the starting pitching has too improve along with cutting down with the errors 2 months left in the season so they better wake up

ya, that's the easy way to look at it. They were definitely in it after that win streak. Wasn't to surprised with the outcome of the Oakland series either. They always go .500 with the A's so a sweep was not something that was gonna happen. Im a jays fan, but I didn't get excited to much from the deals they made in the winter. reyes, Johnson, buherle got me excited. But that's it.
