You can not pick mushrooms in the city. You can not collect near large roads - they accumulate harmful emissions, dirt, etc., and they can not be eaten, even if they belong to edible species. Collect mushrooms for food only in environmentally friendly places.
What mushrooms can be collected - I know from childhood, I'm from Russia.
In fact, you can eat almost all the mushrooms, except for a few completely poisonous species, with the correct preparation.
The Japanese, after all, eat fugu fish ?! But of course I will never advise anyone to do this. It can be deadly if you do not know what you are doing.
In the photographs, two species of mushrooms are podrezoviki and white. Wikipedia calls them:
Leccinum scabrum and
Bóletus pinophilus, respectively. These are good, completely edible species. They are large and strong. Pairs of such mushrooms will be enough to cook an excellent soup. They can be dried for storage or frozen.
