I don't go to the gym nor do I have a strict diet, but nevertheless I stay in shape by doing calisthenics which are very beneficial exercises for the body and health, since it is with your body weight, maybe you can start with that by mastering your body weight to Later, enter a gym with the basics resolved. I am not in favor of creatine or different mixtures to generate muscles. I suggest that if you are going to follow a diet, make it organic and not contain processed foods. I've followed the slow carb diet (Tim Ferris) for 2 years now and love it.

I weight train at home 4 days a week currently, but train 6 days for some of the year. I'm on minimal cardio (walking) at the moment but plan to ramp that up too, doing coach to 5k for the 3rd time, then go into regular zone 2 training for a few months (recommend zone 2 to everyone, has an amazing positive effect on your body)
