Guardiola is for sure one of the best coaches out there. But after leaving Barça, he wasn't able to reach the UCL final with Bayern and this season Man City is kind of a disappointment.

I wonder if he is capable of winning without super squads.

He's a very good manager but there's an army of fanatics who act like he invented football and certainly overrate him.

I think he's on the same level as Mourinho but nowhere near Alex Ferguson.

Very overrated so much that so far did not show to what came in the City!

Guardiola still one of the best coaches. I think, at pointed strengthening (the strong goalkeeper is precisely necessary), Manchester City will look more powerful. Guardiola is appreciated because he is an innovator. we don't know all secrets of tactics of modern best coaches.

A great coach, but there a few greater (Heynckes, Lippi, Clough, etc.).

Guardiola, certainly is a great coach, more at moments that he invents too much, in putting sides of defender, lost to the monaco, why did not go up with the regulations under his arm, where he saw himself enter with four attackers and Leaves yaya toure on the bench, in a game of that great.
