They had a fiscal lapse and got relegated to the 4th or 5th division because of it I think is your query. Cost me $130 euros as i had them early as champs. Think abit of a a fix was in on that. Celtic were something like 35-1 when that came about.

I like Rangers and Hagi, Leverkusen is a tough opponent though and they have some good players, Havertz comes to mind. The problem with Rangers is that they seem like they can't score at times, they don't create enough chances.
