I like it how they introduced the video assistant and all that changed it that now we don't discuss the referees discission but why one scene gets reviewed and another doesn't....

Though, it's not the first time, actually pretty often it happens.
Der Mannschaft somehow has the power to grow in a tournament and with every game it gets better.
Don't be surprised they will make at least semi-finals.
And, let's be honest, although they were lucky finishing it late in the extra time, there was only one team who deserved to win.....Germany.....
Still, this time we could have a fresh WC champion as I'm actually impressed by the play of Croatia, Belgium and mexico.....quite interesting

So far the best match in the World Cup. Tough game was expected, because of the good form of Sweden.Sorry about the Swedes, after the first half, they could have scored 2 goals. I think Sweden would have won. Germany did not play well, but he fought well for victory.

Masterful display by Germany, I can't but notice how much better this team is both tactically and mentally to my own team argentina.
This was a similar situation to Argentina vs Iceland, the swedes played really well defensively just like iceland but unlike Agentina whose only attacking resource was giving the ball to Messi and hope he could dribble past everyone the germans showed they could create attacking plays of all the different kinds and almost every minute.
It is also admirable how they can keep a cool head till the last minute while being at risk of almost elimination and playing with only 10 men.
