There are so many good martial arts movies. One of my favorite martial arts movies is "Yip Man" (2008). This is a good movie about the great martial artist.

Good old "Mortal Kombat" is my fav i guess, watched it like 35 times, we recorded it on video tape i still have it hehe
Also guys mentioned "Blood sport" - yeah, it's classic.
And from funny ones i love "Shaolin Soccer".
Also the beautiful one is "The Grandmaster", very beautifly done, and ofc. "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" very beautiful. Also "Hero" with Jet Li is beautiful.

Tom yum goong 2005 (Honour of the Dragon)

Tony Jaa is the absolute BOSS when it comes to action scenes

Memorable action scenes and one of the few movies where you see Muay Thai style in action which sometimes will make you cringe at the brutality (by definition Muay Thai is a very brutal martial art with moves thought to absolutely disable/destroy your opponent). Also the acrobatics are jaw dropping. Oh and also the filming style (the unforgettable round stairs scene).

Bruce Lee, Jean-Claude Van Damme is a classic. and many others, now it is difficult to remember. it was the time of the video shows. for some reason, films from the 20th century seem to be the best.
