The entry fee for each league will be $25, paid via paypal or to me in person. Each league pays out in the playoffs like a sit & go, 1st/2nd/3rd gets 50%/30%/20%.

Preference is given to those in leagues before, and to those who have better reputations here on the boards. But unless you have less than 20 posts or something, it'll be first come first server. And both of these leagues filled last year (and the year before... and the year before....) so I suggest getting in early.
