As an England fan I agree the penalty on sterling was very soft indeed. However the 1 against Kane earlier in the game that wasn't given was inmy opinion a penalty and also the freekick leading up to Denmark goal wasn't a foul

All in all these decisions tend to even themselves out during the game

of course, in matches such as the semi-finals of the European Championship, controversial penalty kicks cannot be awarded. but soon everyone will forget about it.
and it must be admitted that in general, in this championship, both the judges and the VAR worked well. so far, only one thing is embarrassing that when after a goal the players and fans are emotionally celebrating, and the goal can be canceled. that is, you need to make decisions more quickly, but I think over time this issue will be resolved.

Yes, I think VAR should have called the referee to check this penalty. But UEFA is trying to don't use so much the VAR because they don't want to interrupt the game all the time.

Hello,
It was so much important situation for both teams and referee did not go to the screen to see it on his own eyes. It is rediculous. What is more, there is a few guys in VAR office and they have several dozen cameras and they did not see that Sterling was pretending faul in penalty area...?? So sad. So bad. So unfair.

Good afternoon.Totally agree mate , it wasn´t penalty.I just watched again on You Tube and no Denmark player touched Sterling at all.It was unfair since Denmark played really well and the match should have ended on penalties..What a pity!

Oh thank's. I thought only I didn't notice any touch.

At least Luis Figo had a courage to admit that during break in Champions League game and Henry had less courage but still admited afted the match with ireland.

Freekick requires more more skills though I know what you mean. I saw karma/law of balance all the time. Unfair penalty of Man U against Chelsea, Chelsea has against Leicester, Leicester against Man U.

between all but one of their matches being at Wembley (including the final even though there are other neutral grounds that could be used), the dubious penalty, the even more dubious refusal to check VAR, one could be forgiven for suspecting that UEFA want England to win this tournament.
Listening to the final now while I'm playing and 2 Italy players have been injured so far (less than 30 mintes gone) and no-one's even been booked.
