Any of you guys been paying attention to the Copa America?

I didn't even realise it was this year until I saw some games on ESPN. The south american style of football is beautiful to watch - swift passing, quick movement, less long balls etc which makes it a joy to watch in my opinion.

Last night I saw chile beat a make-shift mexico side and I am going to have to support Chile - they are a decent team that underperformed at the World Cup last year.

Who are your favourites guys?

Mexico team have only 1 player from the original team that win gold cup recently so pretty much is a newbie/Amateur team (No Chicharito or regular players). If Chile have so much trouble to win that match not really speak good of them, but after argentina having so much trouble with last game can´t say more.

Pretty much i like brazil, Argentina/Messi & Uruguay/Forlan

Yeah I only found out about their mischief while watching the chile game...

I don't understand how Giovanni dos Santos does not even get in the squad for Tottenham and he does stuff like this
at the international stage....

LOL, yea, but i mean 30+ days away, people have needs ...:D

Problem with him is consistency, he can play like Messi one day, then have very bad couple games, then some good game, then some great, and again very bad.

He was in same team with Chicharito when they win the world cup (sub-17), so he easy could be a Star like Hernandez is now with Mutd. But Dos Santos have more problems outside of the game that get in the way of his carreer (problems with brother and national team before<--brother was out of final roster for Southafrica world cup, dating a pop singer, ego problems, etc, etc.)

So he need to focus only in his carreer if want any chance.

I didnt know he had those problems outside of football... It's a shame as he's a great player and if he gets his head down he would be a top top player.
