Chelsea, what is happening?

I can't understand what is happening to the Chels, low scoring, no quality, depending on Ziyech for the third game at the prem, moreover you see there is a lot of underperforming at the MF and the finishing is abysmal.
Should they change tactics, or maybe go looking for new signings?
