I forgot to add (I assumed every knew this already.. but just in case you don't)... the outcomes of each fight are one of the possiblities:

KO (Knockout)
TKO (Technical Knockout)
SUB (Submission/Tap Out)
UD (Unanimous Decision; goes all rounds, Judges decision is unanimous)
SD (Split Decision; goes all rounds, Judges split on the decision 2-1)
MD (Majority Decision; goes all rounds, 2 Judges score for one fighter, 1 judge scores a tie - or 2 judges score a tie, and 1 judge scores for one fighter)
Draw (Tie; goes all rounds, Judges determine no clear winner, usually 1 judge scores for one fighter, one judge for another, and the 3rd scores a draw, or all 3 score a draw -- a draw can also determined if both players are ko'd at the same time, submits at the same time, or a fighter submits while the other is ko'd... yes, it has happened before)
DQ (Fighter is disqualified)
NC (No Contest - due to unforseen circumstances, a fight can be ruled a NC - usually due to an accidental headbutt, illegal elbow, or groin kick that causes a fighter to no longer being able to continue.. a NC can also be ruled after a fight if the winning fighter fails a drug test).

I will say that most of the fights will be determined by KO, TKO, SUB, UD, or SD, though.
