The question of the race is, will California Chrome win the Triple Crown? I hope so, it's been too long since a horse won the Triple Crown. The race is on June 7, should be good!

not too many have done it, long strech drive at belmont but definitely a must watch

If he runs his race he'll at least put himself in with a chance coming into the long straight. It'll probably be best to save his drive until a couple of furlongs into the home straight so as not to be in front too long, rather than taking the lead at the bend as he has done in the last 2 races.

I hope he does it!

I just noticed this...California Chrome has bloodlines back to the GREAT Secretariat...going to be hard to bet against CC. Hey, there's another reason, CC... {as does Commanding Curve, Matuszak, Samraat, Wicked Strong and Tonalist}

He gave it his all - just didn't have enough left in the tank. Great horse though.
