Belgium has so many great players and at first glance, it would look like they will win the whole thing, except that it doesn't seem like they have a team yet. Portugal on the other hand has less players of the highest ranks but they form a real team. Tough to predict the outcome of such match though Belgium is supposed to advance (on the paper only).
