Anderson Silva front kick

If you don't know and haven't seen it.. Anderson Silva is a mma fighter in the UFC.. the kick was the one heard around the world..

It was the first time a front kick knocked someone out and if you haven't seen it look it up... I had to replay it at least 10 times to really see everything put into it...

You can thank Steven Seagal for helping Silva perfect this move.

That was sick. The poker club had this fight on Sat nite. BTW I was coaching wrestling at the time Jon Jones was a youth wrestler and got to see him (and his older brother) as he grew up. Talented young man. Go 607!!

Anderson is very flexible, fluid, and accurate with his strikes.. I don't think he could be beaten by another striker in MMA.
