GSP coming back is still just a pipe dream - see what you yourself said above about GSP stringing people along for fights that he clearly never intended to take.

CM Punk is still out injured and if I had to bet, I'd bet that he never actually takes a UFC fight.

I don't think it's been confirmed that Rousey has space in her busy schedule to fight at UFC 200, even if she [i]wanted[/i] to.

There's no way Tate gets a top billing on that show without Ronda to fight.  Lawler fighting Condit at that show seems much more likely... or possibly Diaz.  They wouldn't put Lawler-Condit as the main event though, for the same reason that fight was bumped in favour of Rousey as the main event of UFC 193 (if you believe a minor injury was the reason that fight was moved, then I have a whole pile of bear-repelling rocks I'd love to sell you).

Which leaves us with... that's right, Mystic Mac vs either Frankie or Aldo for the featherweight title (or, longer shot, vs RDA for the lightweight belt) as your UFC 200 main event.  You read it here first :p
