Question about AF & AFq stats

Hello everyone!
I would like to talk in this thread about Aggression Factor and Aggression Frequency stats, as i feel most time like i'm not completely understanding a use of it. And i wanted to ask, are they really useful for you and if yes, could you tell which of them/or both do you have on your HUD and what exactly they tell you? Can you read from these stats if someone a good player or not, or if some has more tendency to bluff?
To avoid any replies like "hey dude, simply read the f*** manual!", i need to say: "yes i did already a couple of times" and here are the quotes from PT4 those examine that stats. And yes i understand english pretty good, but it still doesn't help me much, when i play using my HUD.

AF is Ratio of the times a player makes a postflop aggressive action (a bet or raise) to the times they call. For example, a player with an AF of 2 has bet or raised twice as many times as they have called.

Formula: (Number of Times Player Bet on the Flop + Number of Times Player Raised on the Flop + Number of Times Player Bet on the Turn + Number of Times Player Raised on the Turn + Number of Times Player Bet on the River + Number of Times Player Raised on the River) / (Number of Times Player Called on the Flop + Number of Times Player Called on the Turn + Number of Times Player Called on the River)

AFq is Percentage of non-checking postflop actions that were aggressive. For example, a player with an AFq of 40 made a bet or raise 40% of the time he bet, raised, called, or folded.

Hi.This stats are very important,sure u need to use it and add it to your HUD.I use AFq stat(in HM2 it is called Agg%),but in fact somebody use AF,somebody use AFq,it is a a matter of taste.For example,if we have an opponent with AFq on turn>35,we can call his bets and raises on tern more widely,due many bluffs and half-bluff hands he have in his range here.Sorry for my english)

Thanks for sharing your opinion! And you brought me a bit of light of understanding those tricky stats. So you would recommend bringing AFq stats into HUD, based on specific street aggression, rather than Total AF and Total AFq? And which exactly stats of aggression do you use?
p.s. No worries, my english even worse, than yours, but who cares...

I have the AFq stat on my HUD but me personally I rarely look at it. If I want the help of my HUD I click and I look at the pop-up window and observe how often the opponent Cbets or generally bets in every street.
