Hey everyone,

Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I wanted to share something that's completely transformed my poker results over the past few months.

I've been playing tournaments for about 3 years now, mostly $50-$200 buy-ins online and at local casinos. I always considered myself "slightly above average" but couldn't seem to break through to consistent profitability. My bankroll looked like a roller coaster - big score followed by slow bleeding, rinse and repeat.

About 4 months ago, I started seriously tracking my tournament hands using this analytics platform(they're in Beta). I was initially skeptical (been burned by overpriced poker software before), but their free tier let me analyze a full session without committing.

Two things immediately jumped out that changed my game:

  1. I was leaking MASSIVE value from the SB and BTN. The data showed I was winning only 0.3BB/100 from the button when I should be crushing from that position. The analysis flagged my passive play with suited connectors as the main culprit.
  2. My 3-bet range was way too polarized. I was either 3-betting premium hands or complete bluffs, with this huge gap in the middle. Their analysis showed I was missing value with hands like AJ, KQ, and small pocket pairs.

After making these adjustments (and others the platform suggested), my ROI has improved by about 26%. What's been most helpful is being able to see the estimated BB/100 impact of each leak - helps prioritize what to fix first.

Anyone else using data/tracking to improve their game? Any other major leaks you discovered that were surprising?

Hello, you trying to say that then you are collect all historical data you can find you weak spot and do some tweaks? And basically do it by hand is impossible or inconvenient and lead to mistake?

Could you please, be more specific about "crushing BTN play"?

It frightens me that there are people who still don't know about this.
How can you improve your game if you don't know where you are lacking? This will make you better
