Well it's an open beta if you stay to V4.
So it is a free tracker at the moment with no restriction and not all features that the full version 3(paid version) has, but some bugs here and there.
For me is missing that you can not correct wrong detected tournaments (Buy ins).
But before you pay for a tracker this a good package.
The stable version 3 is also free if you don't want the advanced features (they are not allowed at pokerstars so if you play there they are not usable there).
You can give it a try if you don't have another tracker.
The paid version 3 with all features is very expensive, the prize is only for winning NL200+ cashgame/midstakes tournament players affordable, in my opinion.
You can test the other available trackers too, they all have a trial period.
