Thats what i could find on theire faq site:
"GGPN strictly prohibits the use of any tools or services that could facilitate prohibited activities and behaviors. Additionally, any tools or services that provide an unfair advantage over opponents or that result in a violation of GGPoker's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, House Rules or SEP will be strictly monitored and prohibited."
You could also contact gg poker support directly to make sure its not against Terms and Conditions.
Can you clarify what kind of "tools" you want to use?

You can't use any 3rd party App in ggppoker, they do not allow it.
You can use HUD in clubgg though.
