Looks like they let their domain registration expire. Give it a few days to see what happens. I'll also go look at a couple of other places to see if there is any news there. I used PokerCharts for many years, was even thinking about restarting it.

Their social media accounts haven't had anything posted in a few years (X & FB). Looked on a few other sites and haven't found anything. I'll check back on Monday.

They have been in business a long time so at this point I'd lean more to a snafu of not renewing their domain registration before I think about them having closed up shop. But you should be able to request a refund from your credit card for non-delivery of services.

Was this an auto-renewal, or did you initiate the purchase? Also - was there a receipt or any sort of email sent to you? If so, look to see if there is an email address in it that you can write to - maybe you might get some answers that way.

Just emailed app@pokercharts.com asking them if they have any information on the redirect to Go Daddy.

I've 7+ years of data with them and hope this gets fixed soon.

I'll update when I hear back from them.

Hmmm...the fact that it's parked on GoDaddy doesn't look good though... :/
