Is there an update coming so that you can chat?
Is there an update coming so that you can have a hand history without spending 2 minutes watching the awful video replay?
Is there an update coming so that you can open more then one table on your own tourney since seeing whats going on at other tables is more then relevant?

I play at 888 and thinking to start another site... i miss the sng turbo format. I was looking at the cardschat links posted for best poker bonuses here... https://www.cardschat.com/poker/best-online-sites/bonuses/
and found all the other sites , like GG, 888, partypoker, have direct links to the site. Except wptglobal's links bring you to a whole different thing(scam?) . I don't know why there are two , but they both go the same place. clubwpt.com is some kind of membership (scam?) vip service? not affiliated with you , do I have that right ?
A different kind of money sucking operation let's just say, is sure what that looks like.
Anyway thought I would point that out. Looks like something is misrepresenting here, or best case scenario ( the way I see it) maybe hacked and hijacked the links.
It seems dishonest at best.

WPT Global lobby and tables look much better after recent update.

Totally! I was about to say that. Is really usefull to open the tournaments lobby in a new window, specially to multi table.
I'd love they allow adjust the bet sizes!

Unfortunately the most recent update(s) has made the site run even worse on my computer
It robs so much of my CPU that it doesn't make sense for me to even play on the site now. In the past I was playing on there every single night (especially during the 'Kings Of Cash' promo which I could see was attracting a lot of beginner type players. This in turn brought in more players. Also, with the prizes being tournament tickets it in turn helped the site to attract bigger player pools to the Tournaments (a win/win situation for all).Since that promo ceased, I've noticed the types of players on the fast fold tables are no longer filled with beginner/rookie type players (vpip 45%+ ie. 45/3 ) to now seeing them mostly being 20/15/7... completely changing the games.
From my view, it seemed like wptglobal was making many great decisions for their business BUT the biggest failure from the get go was the less than adequate software
And now instead of working on solidifying the basics (smooth running software, a decent HandHistory Replayer, a player note option) they've opted to make some fancy colors and other insignificant stuff that doesn't make the site more stable, instead it seems to be doing the opposite Sure hope things turn around for wptglobal. One has to wonder 'who is making the key business decisions?' (feels like it's the same folks who are making the decisions over at 888Poker). One just needs to compare the success of GGPoker vs. these other sites to see that some are definitely making poor decisions.

Well, I am back on WPT Global after some time away (last time I tilted away about $300 on roulette). This time, I thought I would give the reload bonus offer a try. But now I see I have 30 days to clear bonuses at a rate of $1 per $10 of rake in poker AND $1 per $300 wagered in casino. It doesn't look like the bonus center shows any progress after a day.
I see the current mobile App build is still unstable and tends to freeze up after some time. Must be some deep memory leak in there somewhere that you guys can't seem to plug over the years.
On the plus side, still seems to be a nice player base on the site.

It's an improvement from Zero for sure.Not sure if you're playing on those RUSH (Z00M)-style tables (I'm not sure what they call them on wpt) but I've found the player pool has changed significantly (I too took a hiatus from the wpt tables)... much better players than before

They're called "Flash" tables now.
Yes, the players do seem to generally be better.
There also still doesn't seem to be a mechanism in place to ensure you are not getting ripped off by getting seated more on UTG (relative to other seats) and paying the ante repeatedly. It's especially bad on the higher limit tables where that starts getting expensive quickly.
I also find that the tables lose connection frequently and sometimes I either get kicked off the tables or the entire app crashes. Bad when getting into big pots.
And the bonus is gone in a month if I can't put in the volume, which sucks.

I also want to add that the casino games have bad connections too for some reason. I was playing the Pragmatic brand autoroulette game and the video feed goes blurry and skips. That's not the only game that does this. It's not a connection issue on my side. It creates trust issues when the wheel just randomly seems to glitch or go blurry. I mean, I have seen the ball do some crazy stuff too, but none of these video quality issues like they are showing up now. Plus, I did my strategy of doubling losing bets and somehow my $15 bet on black, which should have won, got shifted onto red after the round was over. Of course there's no way to prove it now since I didn't think I needed to take screenshots of my bets, but I guess that is where I am heading if I am going to try for this casino bonus.
