WPT error!!

Hello everyone, good afternoon!! I don't speak English, so excuse my choice of words. I'm not able to open the WPT global platform, once installed it simply won't open, I played on it a few years ago, I'm from brazil, can anyone help me?

Have you checked your system requirements? I have heard WPT has quite a large demand on your system ressources.

So the App doesn't even open, it's as if I didn't ask it to open.
About systems, I've played WPT for a few years on this same device, I checked the specifications on Google, nothing that I don't have better.

It's working fine for me, but I've had problems with the site not opening after updating.

I had to delete it from my PC and clear the cache and then install it again.
