I think it really depends on what your game is. Your game should be one where you have an edge. That might be being aggressive....tight...
But it can be loose in circumstance where the rest of the table plays nitty.
But the notion that there is one particular site just full of rich noobs for all games and stakes is a myth.

I think it depends more on your style of play and bankroll management, there are enough tournaments on the top sites, I think it's optimal - party poker

It all depends on the type of tournaments you play, there you will see the variety, but if you ask which is the softest, I would say party poker and Poker Macht, but as I say, it all depends on what type of rooms you frequent. That influences a lot, there are poker rooms where you see a lot of fish and that is seen more than anything in free tournaments and where tickets are cheap, but if you sign up for expensive tournaments you will see the difference in game and players.

I'm being honest
I play PS because I can't get into 888
The problem I have in PS is that I don't know if it's with me alone or with many other players, the badbeats on the river are tremendous.
Moreover, even though I have friends here from all over the world, I will tell you the truth. Going all in against a Brazilian, a Ukrainian or a Belarusian, at least I have a 1 in 10 chance of winning.
Over the weekend I had no less than 15 bad beats on the river, I controlled all the nationalities of my opponents and indeed they were all of these nationalities.
I repeat again so that there are no misunderstandings, many of my friends here are Belarusians, Ukrainians and Brazilians, but that happens to me and I can't help but object.
Actually, last week it didn't happen to me that much, but I also think that since there was a problem with the language that was spoken in a Cardschat tournament, they changed my table and I'm honest, I fear that the punishment of having spoken in Spanish has been that the weekend I couldn't even get close to anything.
I played more than 20 MTTs because I was eliminated with all kinds of hands, I even had a badbeat that I published here and now I will leave you the image so you can see it.
I really love the poker stars platform but I'm getting a bit bored with this situation. I will see if I can format the laptop and see if I can manage to play again in 888 in which before this situation did not happen to me so often.

Probably for me it is 888. I believe that this is one of the best sites that has a large number of freerolls thanks to which you can easily increase your bankroll.
