After many emails and conversations, I managed to solve my problem with WPT Global.
The story began at the end of last year when I requested a withdrawal and they denied it, saying that they could not know my location and if I was in an authorized area.
And since then, I have been talking to them by email almost every day, I followed all the instructions they gave me and still WPT could not see my location.
So I started taking screenshots of all my PC configuration screens related to location and internet and started sending them to them, but they still did not understand why they could not identify my location, and according to WPT, one of the problems was with my Wifi and the permission for the application to have access to my location. But I had already done this, so much so that the other rooms I play have never charged me anything related to location.
That's when I had the brilliant idea of downloading WPT on another device, using the same Wi-Fi as my house, and I told WPT about it, and it didn't take long for them to tell me that they were finally able to see my location.
Finally, everything was resolved and WPT released my withdrawal and the money was already in my account, they just didn't explain what really happened.
