Their cashier system just gives me errors.

No, complete closure. I emailed them and asked, got this reply on December 17th:

Dear kjs001,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately, TitanBet is closing indeed. From today, deposits, Poker as well as Sports betting have already been disabled for all players. Casino will be disabled on the 26th of December.

I've heard of a newer iPoker network site that some players are playing on now... 'Champion Poker' I guess I'll have to give that one a try now.
