Hi guys,
I have a big problem with my Stars account.
Today I recieved email from pokerstars that :
Hello,Due to your close association with the player '................ ', we have closed your account.
Please understand this policy is in place to protect the integrity of our games.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
What can I do please? It is account of my brother. We have never played in the same Tournament. Maybe problem is that we play from the same IP address. But not in the same tournament or in the same table, Never.
I send this information to pokerstars, but account is still closed
Do you think that they will open my account ?
