No country has specific rules for a specific company. So the more relevant question is about the status of legal regulated online poker in the US. And as Debi say, its been a while, since anything happened on that front. Its on a state for state basis, and no new states have taken steps to legalize online poker for several years. Which mean that the majority of americans still need to resort to unregulated offshore sites like ACR Poker, ignition, BetOnline or Global Poker, if they want to play online for real money.
