PS Spain froze my account, claiming that my data is associated with another account, is it allowed to have 1 account on PS.ES and 1 account on PS.com?

I don't know what to do to recover my account on ps.es. They froze mine and have already sent me more than 100 emails with the same questions.
Have you ever lent your account to someone else?
How many accounts do you have?
And other questions, I have answered several times and still they keep sending me emails with the same questions.
On two occasions, I managed to explain the situation in the live chat and on two occasions my account came back and the next day, they froze the account again.
Has anyone had a similar problem with ps.es? Do you know how I can solve it?
I started playing poker at the end of 2018. I have an account on many sites and I respect the rules of all the sites 100%. The only site I have a problem with is ps.es.

Sorry to hear about your issue.

Regarding your question: it's not allowed to have several accounts on different pokerstars domains.

I opened one on PS.BE when I lived in Belgium. Then moved to germany few years later and opened one on PS.DE. After my verification, they closed my Belgian account.

I am Brazilian and I have both accounts without any problem. It is allowed for brazilians to register, verify their account and play there because they don't share the same players database. However, one little line of what you said is intriguing to me.

Have you ever lent your account to someone else?
What do you mean by that?

On two occasions, I managed to explain the situation in the live chat and on two occasions my account came back and the next day, they froze the account again.
It looks like another deeper problem rather than not being allowed to have one .com account and one .es account.

PS.BE and PS.DE both play on the world pool so they are the same client. PS.ES is a fenced in client for portugal, Spain and france that some additional countries can access but they are technically different poker sites on different poker networks that are owned by PokerStars and follow their own regional regulation requirements.

To answer OP unfortunately I can't answer OP, you were at one time allowed to play on both sites, I haven't logged on to .ES for a very long time so I don't know if their Terms and Conditions changed but I would guess something else is going on, maybe other people in your building had a stable so your address is flagged or something.

I hope it gets sorted out.

Well let me put it like this... you are allowed to have an account on both since you can only play on each account when

you are physically in the right locations for each, ...the question of "did you ever lend your account to someone

else" sends up a red flag, ...I think PS is the only one who can help you with this issue👍

As said already, yes you can have PS.Es and .com account. It must be something else. It looks like you are based in brazil so maybe thats an issue. Based on what you say it seems more based on your play that has flagged something

I didn't have any such problems, but my friends did. Several of my friends were also accused of creating multi-accounts. And it turned out that the problem was that my friends live in apartment blocks and use the Internet from one provider. Therefore, the security service suspected them of creating several accounts for one person, but after providing all the necessary documents, passports, utility bills, the issue was resolved and all charges were dropped.
