And I can't play in the room, deposit or withdraw money (((
Dear Alexander,
We've noticed that you're logging into our App from Ukraine , a region we don't currently work in. Also, this location does not correspond to the region associated with your account registration details.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your account, please provide the following information within 7 days:
1. A written explanation that details why you're currently accessing our platform from Ukraine.
2. Verifying an address from your registered region or another region where we operate.
Acceptable proof of address documents include:
- Bank statements
- Utility payments
- Broadband Internet bills
Please note:
Revolut bank statements and mobile phone bills are not accepted.
Documents must have been issued within the last 90 days and must include your name.
3. A clear photo of your ID or passport
Make sure that:
The photos are clear and all angles are visible.
The document is valid and has not expired.
We've sent you a separate email so you can upload the required documents.
If we don't receive a response within 7 days, we may have to restrict access to your account until this issue is resolved.
