Problems with the Replay Poker client program

Hello guys, I’ve been meaning to write about the painful situation with Replay Poker for a long time, but recent crashes and freezes in the Replay program itself and at the gaming table drove me crazy and prompted me to write about it.
I'll start with the 1st problem: I'll start with the 1st problem: When you click on any tournament or when you try to log into your profile, they do not open, but this pop-up window appears:

In the 2nd problem, it happens at the gaming table: Constant lags occur, namely freezes during the distribution of cards and when you make a move. The “Fold”, “Check”, “Raise” buttons remain gray after pressing and do not respond, and when your time for a move expires, your cards are automatically discarded or another automatic action occurs depending on the actions at the gaming table. This happens to me all the time, whether it's playing from a laptop or from a phone. Yes, I use a paid VPN and use the best servers to connect, at first I thought that this VPN was giving such glitches, but this is not so, other poker client programs work perfectly and without glitches. Clearing Cache and Cookies in the browser also does not help, I do this every time before logging into Replay Poker. Guys, if I’m not the only one who has such problems, then write here in this thread, maybe one of you has found a way out of this situation. I will be glad to any suggestion or feedback. 😉

All I can do is agree with you. But I don't think it's as bad for me.

Glitchy at times. Buttons freezing. Lags. Card graphics only partially showing eg face cards not showing their face graphics. But it usually sorts itself out after a few minutes. I think, basically, you need your computer to be running in tip-top condition, no programs running in the background, plenty of memory, tip-top internet connection.

... I don't get the window in the first picture, it is laggy and the table doesn't pop up sometimes or even better you have to go find your table.. which is always fun lol, there's a replay support thread in the poker rooms section maybe they can help ..

Yes, I should have added, I don't always get the table popping up either (even when I've allowed permissions in my browser).

I too, have to go searching for my table by unchecking the 'hide running tables' checkbox.

What does the pop-up say in English?

Have you tried switching browsers? I haven't had the problems you've noted, but did have an issue which resolved when I switched browsers.

Also, have you tried a different VPN? Just because other Apps work, doesn't mean there can't still be an incompatibility with how the Replay Poker code handles it. Which VPN are you using?

It really helps if we post a screenshot or the hand number (top left corner) there so they can look at the exact hand it happens on. The more we do it, the more that will help them.

I have one friend that I have to send the link to because the game will not open for them, the 1st problem.

Maybe when we post the game that is going to be played that day, we could have a head post the game lobby in the thread. That way you can just link to the game automatically <3 I mean these threads > https://www.cardschat.com/forum/car...schat-community-freeroll-replay-poker-540641/

I love that we can all play together there but I think we need to stick together while it goes on and help everyone out.

One super small side note, because we all know these issues are going on, it would be sweet if people let their clock run down so that if someone has a glitch, we might give them the time to sort it out. I really do not think that would affect game times, the clock run down time is so short <3

I have problems with ReplayPoker and it doesn't happen today, since the time when I had the other older computer.

There are times when the action buttons simply don't work, you click on the action button and simply nothing happens, the screen is frozen, when it comes back you've lost the action of your hand.

Those who are playing with me at the same table think I take a while to make a decision because I want to, but it's because the action buttons don't work, and it gets weirder because at certain times and days everything works normally.

I've already opened a complaint with the ReplayPoker representative, but what he told me didn't resolve anything.

Hello. The pop-up window states that: "The page is not responding. You can wait for the page to respond or leave it"

No, I don’t switch browsers, because I only use Google Chrome

This is a painfully familiar situation, and this is what happens to me most often. 😞

Hello Pavel. I did such manipulations, for a while it really helps, but then everything starts all over again. This is not a way out of the situation, since while you are leaving and entering again, enough time passes and during this time you lose hands, and possibly with good cards. 😉

I never had any of these problems while having replay open and 2-3 other sites. Buy a new computer would be my suggestion.

I have also had problem 2.

I find it gets worse when other internet tabs refresh and gets a lot better when most of the internet tabs are dormant.

It also gets better when the internet tabs and poker sites crash and stop responding.

I am running other poker sites, YouTube and Twitch at the same time. I experience better Replay Poker performance when the poker sites, YouTube and Twitch crash simultaneously. Which the better Replay Poker performance tells me they have crashed, LOL.

Also do you experience the issues at specific times of the day. Your internet provider might be part of the problem. The network people not the people you pay for your service.

Disconnecting from games​

We know that getting disconnected can be a frustrating problem to experience, but there are a few quick things you can check with your computer to help fix this issue.
  • Update your web browser to the most current version available.
  • Try closing the Replay Lobby page and only having your table window open.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies if you have not done so recently.
  • Check other browsers, like Safari or Chrome, to see if you encounter the same issues.
  • Try disabling any plugins, addons, or browser extensions.
  • If you are using WiFi, try playing with a wired connection to reduce connection problems.
  • Last, but not least: a good old fashioned restart of your computer can sometimes work wonders.
If you've tried all of these things and you continue to have issues staying connected to games, please contact us with the following information:

  • Type of internet connection (cable, DSL, satellite, wired, wifi, etc.)

Hi everyone. I'm playing on Replay Poker not through the App, but directly. And I'm also facing this problem: the buttons and the game freeze, sometimes the cards in my hand even disappear, while the board continues the hand. I thought this was related to the provider and the internet connection, because I noticed that when this happens, the connection is almost zero.

Sorry I can't offer any more advice. I do know how frustrating it is when you have a computer/software problem that not everyone experiences and/or is intermittent. I have an issue with Apple Car Play. A number of people have the same problem, but not enough for Apple or the car manufacturers to do anything to fix it. I've contacted Apple and Toyota. They of course both blame it on each other, which means they're not going to do anything and I'm stuck in the middle.

I've already done everything you suggested and it didn't solve anything, it works fine for a while, but the problems happen again.

I asked my nephew, who is a computer technician, for help, and after he scanned my computer, he found nothing wrong with my PC, which, by the way, is new.

He deduced that this problem is with Replay, and he can't do anything.

Hey buddy then contact their support team support@replaypoker.com and provide them with all the necessary screenshots of the problematic situations, and if it happens at the gaming table, then a screenshot of the gaming table at the time of the problem, hand ID and tournament ID. 😉
