This week I'm having problems connecting to pokerstars, either it doesn't connect, or when I'm playing it's oscillating, even being absent at times.
I did tests with my internet, to see how the speed was, (normal internet with 420 MBPS), and I did tests by accessing other similar sites to see if there was a problem, and nothing happened, everything normal.
I contacted Pokerstars support, and informed them what was happening, they asked me to send some files for them to analyze, it didn't take long for them to respond, informing them that the problem could be between my internet server and the Pokerstars server, (Route problem, between servers).
Pokerstars support asked me to contact my internet operator, explain the problem that was occurring and what could be done.
I contacted the operator, and they changed the configuration of the input and output of my router and changed such a DNS and IP.
So far it looks like the problem has been resolved. I would like to know if anyone has had the same problem or is having it?
