Gold Pass and Silver Pass packages can be converted into tickets and money. And you just have to play the bronze pass

Bronze pass has a value of $109, silver of $2.5k and gold of $10.3k.

You can see the exact amount of tickets if you go to "power path pass redemption" section in your Pokerstars client

I don't think they can be exchanged for money. At least I've never heard of PokerStars exchanging their tickets for cash.
