What is the best way to speak to them? Back then I would email support@pokerstars.com and they would answer questions. Then they changed the email to support@pokerstars.eu. But now they seem to have a live chat? So is that how most people speak to someone on stars? So email works or not?

If you have an issue where you want to ask them a question and live chat probably won't answer you it as you are asking them if they could do something about say your tournament tickets that you have, would this be something that you have to email stars about? Such as say a situation where you want to know if they could do something with your tickets and where someone in live chat will obviously have no power or decision on.

What would be the best way to ask pokerstars this? Would it still be by email and which email? I heard they use discord so that would work as well or not as good? Regards.

I would email support..., I've emailed support at both of those addresses and a couple others and always gotten a response,

live chat is useless, don't think I'd waste time on discord, gl👍

I recommend not to play and not to write, PokerStars is a poker dump, there are a lot of bots and pros, it is better to play on reasonable rooms, such as 888 poker or GG poker.

Well, well... the most reliable room... Only at pokerstars can you be sure that your money is your money... I haven't been able to get a withdrawal on 888 since the end of December, and pokerOK has been working like crazy, and who knows if everyone requests a withdrawal at one point, whether this casino will be able to pay everyone...

Just write that you think about depositing 10k in the chat. They will respond very quickly. When you change the subject to ask what you really want.

Okay so what is pokerstars official email then?

Is it a new email of stars support or something like that? Do the old emails of support@pokerstars.eu work or which one is it?

Has anyone here been able to get a ticket reimbursement for a tournament ticket because they weren't able to play a tournament?

I got a sunday million anniversary $215 raffle ticket from those challenges but most likely won't be able to play. It shows the ticket expires the following day as it seems to be 24 hours for late registration.

Has anyone here been able to have stars give them a future ticket to be used for something else in this type of situation? I know some tournaments that if you play a satellite to it, it has a message that you have to play it and cannot unregister. But since this is from a raffle from their challenges, anyone able to get a ticket equivalent to the one given to them in the future? The other thing is they seem to be giving multiple tickets as well and the confusing thing here is what if someone wins 2 of these tickets? Say they don't have to reenter. Do they lose that ticket or do they get a ticket equivalent to that? They are offering a lot of smaller satellites tournament tickets as well.

So has there been anyone that has gotten stars to give them a future ticket because they can't play the current tournament? If you win a satellite to it and can't unregister, well that is on you. But what if you win a seat from a raffle though like this?

So support@starsaccount.com is their mail email

Can't get into my cardschat account now as I'm the original poster in the thread. I'm currently traveling and in the US.

Does anyone know if stars ever give you a similar ticket to be used in the future if you tell them you cannot play a tournament? I won a $215 Sunday million anniversary ticket from the raffle but there is a good chance I won't be able to play.

Has anyone here able to have stars give them a similar ticket buying to be used in the future? I know the old stars from a while back probably would do it if you are a very long term customer but what about now? Has anyone here messaged stars due to a situation like this and say no problem we can take your ticket and replace it with a similar buying ticket that you can use say anytime for up to a year or so?

Unfortunately PokerStars has become the worst site, it is very difficult to contact support to solve any problem.

I don't use Twitter. So make a Twitter account and message them this? What about emailing them?

So no one had a situation where they can't play and asked if they could get a ticket for it?

You probably have to use the ticket you still have some time to think of what you can do to be able to play
In a situation where you get into the tournament for the second time when you are already registered you usually get tournament money sometimes also a second ticket e.g. in the case of power path

Well I wanted to know if they might give me a ticket to use for any future upcoming $215 tournament because I do not think I will be there for that tournament. If they say yes, then it would be good.

I want to know if anyone here ever asked Stars for a ticket in a situation like this. Like whether it's a $11 ticket or $109 ticket or $215 or whatever buyin it maybe. I'm sure there are people here who can't play in a tournament due to whatever reason it maybe. The thing is this situation isn't like me playing a satellite where it says in the message that you can't unregister and have to play it.

I'm not sure how it sounds confusing? I want to know if anyone asked pokerstars could they get a ticket equal to that buyin to be used in a future tournament because they cannot play the tournament that they have a ticket to.

Like I can't play tournament that day due to whatever reason it may be. Such as it could be traveling or something else.

The truth is that even if they answer you, they take too long and when you have doubts they don't have the solution and they close the matter.

Yes the thing I think they will take a long time to respond as well? But email still best way then?

The thing is I want to know if anyone had this situation and they gave you a ticket to be used in the future. Is this was a $215 ticket that say expire in a month or a year, then it wouldn't be an issue. But it expires the next day of when the tournament starts when late registration ends.

I know stars gives tickets in drawings so want to know if anyone here ever had a situation where they can't play and asked for a future ticket.
