One of the reason's I don't Play on Club WPT is because it is a monthly subscription. They are happy to take your $25 Bucks every month and you can play all you want, But that is $300 Dollars a Year you have to win back just to break even,

PokerStars has not been the best for a long time.
It's not about the money, or about the freerolls that they canceled after so many years, it's about their attitude towards players, members of our community. I think it's just disrespectful. I am not saying that they owe us anything, but I believe that they definitely do not deserve my attention. I better focus on 888 now.

poker stars still is a good room, but in my opinion is not the best anymore and it's not even because they don't offer freerolls anymore. Anyone who played there 5-10 years ago, knows that they used to be a lot better than nowadays. If I would deposit, I definitely would choose GGpoker.

It was my first poker site, still in the days of dial-up internet, it was expensive, but it was worth it, before I played only with friends and acquaintances live from Fridays until Sunday, good times and great PokerStars promotions, today only good memories, today playing for money few promotions

I mean sure I guess you could pay them to play every week... or you could build a br and not have to deposit every week. I think making money and not giving them money is kind of the goal. I don't think Pokerstars is what it once was by a long shot but enjoy👍

I continue on PokerStars because I'm too lazy to change sites and because I didn't like any of the ones I tried, just GG.
But it is a fact that PokerStars players are generally more qualified than those on other sites. The more unknown the site, the worse the players.

Yes Pokerstars used to be the best poker site for poker fans just need to deposit money to play and we all enjoy playing on this site and great players and strong players play right there If you want to play with strong players then you should play there

Definitely, been looking on 888 and i am not happy with the messy and uninformative layout. Glanced over others, not overly impressed.
Pokerstars is worth my money.
Shame i feel they don't value me as i don't have enough money to give them by playing higher stake games.

GG is miles ahead of Stars these days in every single aspect and I believe stars is heading the same way as 888 with falling traffic, you can't even play sit and go on 888 anymore the site is basically dead. Its just evolution. Reminds me of when Sega and Nintendo ran the consoles market and nobody ever thought it was possible for somebody like Sony or Microsoft to come along. Stars and 888 got complacent and look at them now. GG has more traffic than both these sites combined, way bigger prizes and much bigger worldwide recognition. I for one am glad these sites are on the way down especially since they got involved in politics taking sides with the whole Russia/Ukraine situation.

Its a common missconception among unfinformed poker players to think sites banned russians because of politics and i can repeat myself over and over: No, they simply cant pay them out anymore. Acr, GG, Chico and whatever other grey market site that still allows russians pays them out in crypto.
GG has their own skin called pokerok to still serve russians. Cool for them and not a surprise since @ GG they do everything for a bit extra traffic and extra rake 🤭

I have played pokerstars and GG for years now. I just started playing on party poker. It has better, more realistic beats, 24/7 freeroll, and not so many allin maniacs😊😊❤️❤️

Thanks for the advice, but better, I will now play on 888, which has a whole bunch of freerolls, and good promotions. PokerStar as a poker project has already started to lose value, at least for me. I think that soon this site will disappear altogether and I think it will be well deserved.

Since the original owners and "inventors" of Pokerstars decided to sell the company everything got worst and worst, it is just a matter of time they become irrelevant as a poker company.....I remember back in the days that the numbers of players during the week was around 100 000 minimum and in the weekends got up to 300 000. Those where the good days of poker. I miss those days.

I'm started on poker playing just free chips on PokerStars years ago, just for fun and without knowing what I really does. they give you 25k every 4 hrs. I was able to make more than 3M more than two times. Then busted. Then starting again with the same 25k chips for free. In less than a year, I got on my PokerStars more than 15M on chips. Then busted again. Now I just have 1M. That is why I decided to try poker with real money. I have almost two years trying to do the same, now with real money. Now studying all what I can, taking the game seriously, and playing a lot on all the sites where I can. I never deposit my money, just transfer my winnings from other sites to have the bonuses and that things. I'm moved about 2k of real money on PokerStars. The freerolls let me try the studied things and try to build my bankroll. The chance to make the same success It's completely different than play chips. But is not for the kind of players or the environment or anything else. The big difference is the chances that PokerStars gives you... playing chips, the Spin & Go was where I was most successful, but in real money is where I had busted all the time. I pretend make a special post with my story. Showing the comparative in between." I have a lot to grow on experience and study but I still have the hope. For now I'm not playing anymore on PS. Since they don't have the opportunity to grow from scratch. My maximum was play 1 Sunday Million and won a 50 box bunty. 😊 I think they need to find a way where something do the players come back every day. Like in play chips. GG poker has the daily freebie. And it was enough to take me every day on GG. Even that I was able to move more than $200 (now busted) starting from freebies. I convinced that if you try to be a poker pro you need to invest. And I really plan to do that. But not until finish my studies and showing my self that I'm capable to gain real money from 0
