Just be patient. I had the same situation last year too they blocked my account just after deposit. Asked for paper works (ID and registered address). I do not remember exactly how long I had been waiting for unlock but around 3-4 weeks for sure. One advice do no try to write them 3-4 mails because with each mail they just delay you and put at the end of turn. Just be patient and calm, they will sort it out after your documents check. Plus they have support team in twitter too for your information in case if you needed.Thanks for answer! But you were just waiting for their next steps? I have been on pokerstars for almost 20 years and this I know to be true, they don’t suspend an account for no reason. Think about what activity you may have done that would raise suspicion by them.Hi guys!
During normal session the window suddenly appeared with this message -> I wrore email to support with some kind of explanation.

I have been on PokerStars for almost 20 years and this I know to be true, they don’t suspend an account for no reason. Think about what activity you may have done that would raise suspicion by them.
Have you been playing in different locations other than at home?
Have you played on someone’s IP address who also plays on Stars?
Have you made or received any P2P transfers of funds on Stars?
And if so to whom because they may be the guilty party and you are suspicious by association.
It all could be completely innocent but they don’t do this for shiggles.
I send all my papers a few years ago too but from last year PS started random check. They are going to check all players soon or later anyway but after this you will never be in trouble with it anymore.Thanks m8. I wrote to them on twitter too, we will see what happens. Have the same problem currently. Got restricted, then frozen, then went through the verification process, got an e-mail that my account is once again fully functional but I still get the temporarily restricted message whenever I try to join any game.
How long did it take for your account to be fully reopened?

I am facing a similar situation right now. I have been a long time customer of PokerStars. In March after multiple transfers made by a friend of mine to my account, I got temporarily restricted and so I have been waiting for the investigation to finish for 9+ months as of right now. All this time I kept receiving standard replies saying that my "review is ongoing, due to complexity of my case, sometimes it may take longer, your message was forwarded to the responsible department, please be patient, etc". Only on Nov 30 I received a message from the Key Account Reviews team asking me to send the copies of my bank cards used for deposit, selfie with ID card, proof of address, and tax declaration, even though I have verified my account several times before. So I provided all the requested documents promptly, and now waiting again for the review to finish.
