Didn’t say they were slow, said they can be woefully dire.
I’m pleased your experiences with them have all been positive.
Some of mine have been absolutely horrendous.
I’ve had “support” staff there deleting my messages out of our chat window, shutting the chat down without warning and more times than I can remember they’ve not even bothered reading or paying any attention to the
actual query and sent back some copy-pasta, cookie cutter template reply that doesn’t address or resolve the situation at all.
Most of the time I spend X amount of time bashing my head against a brick wall before inevitably reaching the bedrock request of “can you send log files please” which I then do and never hear anything back on the matter ever again.
Some of my interactions with Stars support have been so disgraceful I’ve copied and kept a record of them.
I’m glad you haven’t had to go through any of that and hope you never have to!
